Stayed here over the March break. Stayed in the one bedroom suites. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Couldn't figure out the thermostat tho. Room was hot one minute then cold then next. Heated pool was a bonus except the morning of our check out, there were clumps of hair in it floating around.

First time at this hotel and I am so happy with the stay! The front staff were so friendly and we could check in early which was great because we had a spa appointment. The bed & pillows were comfy, the suite room was big and perfect size for 2 people, enough privacy between the rooms (separate bathrooms/bedrooms). Will definitely be staying here again next time I come to blue mountain. Definitely recommend

Great hotel a bit of a waste of money though with no pool access on Canada Day long weekend. They closed the pool at 5pm on a Friday during the Canada Day long weekend due to weather. Granted there was a thunder storm so okay but the weather cleared up completely and still they kept it closed. Then they said they would close it all day Saturday too, Canada Day? If there was a thunder storm warning. Weather warnings go on all summer and winter long in Ontario. Ruining a family Canada Day holiday at your hotel by having no pool access for kids is pretty sad for the folks who booked with you.

Great village experience. It was under construction at the hotel at the time but it's understandable. I liked the room it had a little kitchenette and the room was clean and fresh i liked the view. Staff was friendly, Scarlet at the desk was helpful and explained everything. AI chat bot was quick to answer questions on the text. Great underground parking. Didn't go to the pool but it looked good. Lots of restaurants to choose from. A little bit of a wait at the one restaurant but the food was good. Check this place out.

Scarlet, who was front desk, was incredibly nice and thoughtful. Made this trip totally worth it. This location was really good, we were able to face the village side. Since it wasn't the main street, we didn't notice that it was loud. The housekeeping service was so easy since we were able to text them what we needed at any point of the day.- Overnight parking is $20 and expires around 1 PM the next day.- Facilities were clean- The outdoor pool was heated- Room was clean, was decked out with a full blown kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink, utensils, dishes, soap, garbage, etc...)

Stayed here for a two night spa getaway. First time staying in the village and it was a nice experience. Parking was a bit hard to figure out once in the village but the check in went smooth. The room was a 2 bedroom suite with one king bed in one room and two queens in the other. This wasn’t specified as an option when booking online but when I called to make some changes to the original reservation and told the woman it was three of us for a girls trip she asked if I would prefer two beds instead of just one in the second rooms which we were happy to get.The rooms were in ok condition some upgrades wouldn’t hurt and the surfaces were not cleaned properly. There were drink/cup stains on the coffee table and other surfaces and the toilet were not cleaned properly. We let them know at front desk when we were leaving for dinner and they said they would have someone come and clean them. When we returned no one had cleaned anything yet. Went back to front desk and spoke with manager who was not able to get them cleaned properly until the next day. He was nice enough to give us a voucher for Starbucks coffee for the trouble although we would have preferred clean toilets in a $400/night room. Our room had a small patio facing the pool area which was nice, until after 11pm when they shut every single light off in the courtyard/pool area leaving us in complete darkness on our patio.Overall stay was nice but definitely not my top choice in hotels when we go back again. Will likely try another hotel unless deeply discounted.

We stayed at the three bedroom suite and had a great time. The suite was beautiful and clean, kitchen was equipped and the balcony was perfect. Only issue was the dishwasher was out of order and no one we told seemed to mind. We’d still come back tough as everything else was wonderful.

We stayed at Blue Mountain Mosaic Resort in a Queen Bed Suite and was woken up to a mouse crawling between our legs in the middle of the night as well as in the morning after we woke up. This was reported to the front desk and no action seemed to be taken at all. We were very disappointed with our stay there. There were multiple things disorganized. The sofa bed had excess space between the mattress and the arm rest causing your someone to get caught while sleeping. The hotels pool shower didn’t have any soap. The pool itself was very dirty, bugs everywhere as well as leaves and branches. The specific ride called Ridge Runner had very disrespectful workers. They were very quick to blame, informing us that the reason for the whole rides hold up was our fault. They threatened us saying that if we were to do this again we wouldn’t be allowed on this ride. This was absolutely so disappointing because Blue Mountain is portrayed as a friendly environment.Only good thing about this place was the location of the hotel as it was convenient and was walking distance to the village. The perk of the suite was having a hotel room with a kitchen, and all the necessary utensils needed to make a meal.

This hotel was absolutely amazing , we have stayed there three times. The first time we went for our anniversary and we let the desk know. They delivered chocolates to our room and gave us the most amazing view. The service is next to none and the pool/hot tub is gorgeous. We had a view of the pool the first time we stayed then a view of the village the other times we stayed. You have quick access to the mountain and all of the amenities of blue mountain. I will always stay here when I go, it's the best value for a luxury experience.

Stayed here for our daughters sport activity. Decent hotel, love the underground parking and elevator direct to hotel floors. Such a fan of heated outdoor pools in the winter and the hot tub is massive, making it great for groups. Rooms are a little dated, but we’ll stocked with everything needed. Clean staff were excellent and customer service too. If you’re looking for a simple place to stay while enjoying the outdoors, I recommend it.
