I recently started ordering from Lufa and I can honestly say that I will never go back to the big chain grocery stores! Lufa's products are fresh, and delicious, and interesting! There are so many products that are difficult to find elsewhere, and they have a very impressive selection of plant based foods! I love Lufa! ❤️

Signed up for the free basket only thing you have to pay is the $6+tax delivery fee which is fair.Before my order went out I got a call from one of their reps asking why i didn't add anything else to my cart which I was very put off by. Knowing the value of the cart is approx $40, I deleted the items I wasn't a fan ofand chose the items I preferred but my basket got charged" those items before checking out so i got rid of them and just stuck with what they were offering. So if you really want a "free" basket you have to accept whatever they give you which is fine beggers can't be choosers.Quality of products i received was good one of the items eg cucumber wasnt the freshest & was a bit limp. Although i do appreciate the variety some of the items are not what i would have necessarily ordered. What I really didn't appreciate is the call which i let go to voicemail after my trial experience asking me to rate my experience and trying to get me to sign up. So be warned of all the follow up calls. I've signed up for other free offers and never got this many calls which I found very annoying."

Wow tried it for a free basket for the delivery fee of 5.00. Well I'm a believer now. Really good products and not that expensive. Obviously more expensive than specials at the grocery store but the quality is worth the deference in price. I have subscribed to the delivery.

The quality of the produce is excellent.The service is not.Here's why:-They consistently pack the baskets with very heavy things in top of fragile items like microgeens which destroys them. They sometimes refund for the greens, sometimes they don't.- the delivery schedule is erratic. I once received a basket at 11pm and the meats were thawed.- they automatically build you a basket" every week. Which would be fine if it actually reflected my purchase history instead of of items that are likely just overstock that they can't get rid of. It's incredibly random.Most importantly

While the produce and meat are good and it’s nice to be able to support local, the headache and cost of dealing with the company no longer makes it worthwhile. Their delivery drivers do not complete their jobs and often times do not collect your old delivery baskets, ultimately resulting in a 20$ fee charged to your credit card. If you live in an apartment complex or condo building they won’t collect your old box. I have been charged four times for these boxes this year alone - despite sending photos of the old boxes stacked in my lobby. You pay 6$ for delivery and the solution the company offers for their incompetent drivers is for me to walk my box to a return drop-off 10 mins away. Not worth the hassle and constant back and forth with the company.

I like the concept and the products are great but very disappointed in the delivery and customer service experience. I asked many times for Lufa to knock/ring the doorbell and not leave basket at the door but the drivers continue to leave at my door. I've called the drivers many times with no response or call back. I've called customer service and left messages but no one calls back. I wish they would improve but will be cancelling my subscription.

I love ordering from this place. Always fresh, almost everything is local (except for tropical fruits) and the customer service is great. I can’t believe this service doesn’t exist in other big cities! Good job Lufa!

We started ordering from Lufa on the advice of a friend 2 years ago - best decision ever. The online market just keeps getting better with hundreds of local, artisanal, and reasonably priced foods presented in a very accessible format! We love trying new things and the reviews help a lot with choosing. Lufa is one of the best things about living in Montreal!

Produce taste good but delivery company is absolutely awful to deal with. We always leave a comment asking for them to take the bins back with them but they never do. They just leave the bins in the front and then the farm changes you 20$ for the bin unless you bring them back yourself… What’s the point of getting delivery if I need to go back there anyways? Pretty silly system…

I'm so thrilled to become part of this great initiative in urban agriculture, and locally sourced food, ethically produced right here in Canada! I got my trial basket plus a few items I added, all arrived in good condition, but unfortunately they ran out of the bread and cheese I ordered. Not a big deal, I look forward to trying many of the great selection of foods they have to offer!
