I do not recomand Mr. Touchette for a family matter. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Talks down to you and pretty well makes you do his job. My sons father s lawyer has even said he was not organized and hadn't heard from him in months even though I had asked him several times to ask the them to reconsider or negotiate a different plan. I had to let him go and just got approved for a new lawyer through legal aid . If you want someone to fight there hardest and most smartest way when dealing with your child then I recommand using someone else.

Paid for a consultation and was seen immediately which was appreciated due to an emergency situation regarding my children. I was given advice and instructed to contact my children's schools immediately and instructed what to say. I was left looking foolish when both schools politely informed me that my lawyer is ignorant of the law and I should edify her. I was unable to help my children as a result. I also may as well have burned the 113$ paid for all the good it did me.
