The only place I go for my cats supplies! Clean and easy to navigate store, reasonable prices but I go back especially for the very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you Kaitlyn and Katie for all of your knowledge and amazing customer service!

My kids are interested in getting pet birds. The owner was very patient and answered their many questions about everything bird related, from the cost of having them to their daily care. I was really impressed that she took so much time with us. I live out of town but will make an effort to buy pet supplies from this store again.

Ruffin's Pet Centres - Fonthill
Stopped in for the first time as it was on my way during an errand and I was in need of cat food. To my surprise it was customer appreciation day which was awesome. There was extra staff on duty and they were all super attentive and ready to make sure I understood all the great things going on. when I arrived I was greeted by a young lady with glasses ( her name escapes me) I told her what I needed and what food type she would recommend for my picky cats. She explained the different food brands and recommended Acana, and my cats love it. There was also a deal on it due to customer appreciation day which was great. All in all an above and beyond experience for a pet store and I left with a smile!
