MSRmobile Small-Engine Repair
I had multiple issues with my Cub Cadet (XT1 Enduro) Lawn Tractor. I've submitted request using the MSR Mobile web site. Hendrik quickly responded and suggested time for the following week. Technician has arrived exactly on time. His track was well equipped to handle any job, very impressive! He has fixed all issues (alignment transmission, checked the battery, greased all parts, checked the engine and oil) and tuned the tractor. Very well done! I would highly recommend MSR Mobile!

Recently I had MSRMobile look at my snow blower that once again broke down. He came to my house instead of me having to get it shipped out, and within 15 minutes found the issue and had it working once again. They did more than just fix my problem, they gave me tips on how to ensure I had less issues. Absolutely fabulous service!!

Our snowblower's augers wouldn't move anymore. My husband called MSR and spoke with Hendrik who told him to try a couple of things first - maybe a repair wasn't needed. The suggestions were great; my husband was able to get the snowblower going again on his own.We were super impressed that Hendrik would give a little free advice, even if it cost MSR a potential service call. While we did not end up having repairs done by MSR this time, we will most definitely give any of our future business to them.

My 1 month old Craftsman snowblower pull cord is off. I called Craftsman support and they gave me a few numbers. None of them really want to deal with my problem except Hendrik from MSRmobile. He checked with me the model and promised me to come to my home to replace. It was a nice experience that I get Hendrik to look at my broken snowblower. Highly recommend MSRmobile.

My snow blower's auger belt started slipping right after a big storm, and atarted smoking. I filled out an on line request for service. Four days later, I have not received even an acknowledgment. I would give zero stars, but one is the minimum. You would think that if they were not interested, they would at least reply, but nada

Great work! Thorough, efficient and effective. Hendrick's ingenuity has got my 14 year old Toro back in action again. Came to the house and had my issue fixed quickly - no waiting for pickup or drop-off or back ordered parts - lifesaver mid winter in Ottawa! Thanks guys!!

MSR had my snowblower up and running in a matter of minutes. The booking process was easy and Hendrik arrived when promised. MSR was very professional, Covid protocols followed and he offered advice that would help keep the machine running well for the rest of the year and beyond. The price matched what was posted on the website and seemed very reasonable for an at-home service. Credit card payment was available, touchless and an electronic receipt was sent to my email. Great service. Highly recommend. Will use again if required.
