I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the reception of a well-known cardiologist's office. I have always believed that good patient care should extend not only to medical treatment but also to interactions at the front desk. Unfortunately, this was not the case.It seemed as if I was interrupting the receptionist’s day rather than being treated as a valued patient.When I finally managed to catch her attention, she was unhelpful and dismissive, giving minimal information about the necessary paperwork and insurance procedures. Her lack of knowledge and unwillingness to assist only added to my frustration, making a stressful situation even more unpleasant.

Medical office's fax machine keeps calling our landline to send a fax. This is a nuisance and could be putting someone's records at risk. Calling them to correct the issue, there is no one answering their phones, just a voice mail.

I went today to get a test. The receptionist's were talking so loud. I have never been to a doctors office that is so unprofessional. I have heart problems. The 3 ladies were gossiping. The doctors working there should fire these ladies. This is a doctors office for people with heart problems not a bar, very unprofessional!!

Horrible staff, unprofessional, don’t know how to talk, misguide you, provide false information, don’t call for reminders, trying to argue all the time and this is a cardiologist’s office can’t believe it. Reception is like her should not even work in a grocery store yet alone a doctor’s learn how to talk to change your profession. Ridiculous experience.

Horrible staff at the front counter. Never answer the phone or return a message. Left many messages over the last 2-3 weeks but no courtesy in returning a patient request. I only want to know when my next appointment with Dr Hirlal is. Am I to drive there in person to find that out. Very poor service from counter staff and I think they need to be trained. Dr Hirlal is a good man. We keep going because he is good but the staff is very poor service attitude.

Dr Sarkaria was direct, professional and answered my questions. I will definitely seek a 2nd opinion as I was made to understand indirectly and politely my symptoms are psychosomatic. I do find thisfrustrating.

I couldn't be more happy with my experience with Dr.Hiralal and his staff. I was thrilled to get in only 3 days after I contacted my doctor for a referral. I was most fortunate to get in on a cancellation. I spoke with both receptionists and found them extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I was very impressed as the reception area was impeccable as was the rest of the offices. I received an EKG from a great technician. Very informative as well as checked to see that I was comfortable several times. I was extremely impressed how short the wait time was. I honestly don't think I sat in the waiting room all together more then a few minutes. I have seen a lot of doctors over the last year and none made me feel as listened to and comfortable in such a short time as Dr. Hiralal. He eased my anxiety, and there was no question I was in good hands. I will be returning next week for a stress test and can honestly say I am looking forward to going back.It has been a very long time since I left a doctor's office feeling so well taken care of.
