Steven is a fraudster. He will take your money and never complete your project. Do not fall for his big talk and flashy appearance. Save your money and stay away from him and his so called Talon construction company. He has been the worse experience of our life. He erected the deck frame for us, took $35,000 to buy the decking material and never came back. Tried to reach out to him, made countless trips to his office with no results. Finally paid another contractor to get the work done.

This guy Steven just collects the Money from the clients and never pay the trades and most of the jobs he never finish. I worked me and 12 of my staff and Steven never pay me and all concrete truck material and labour o have to pay and Steven just change he’s phone number and all the managers like pano ,George, Ali , Chet, another two guys he hired them use them for a few weeks and fired them this guy thinks is smart but is not he’s just getting to many enemies all the homeowners he collected money and all the trades he’s making them work and never pay . We hired Talon Construction Canada (Div of KNT Financial) to construct a sunroom addition in our backyard in August with a completion time of October.To date, they have exceeded the deadline beyond a reasonable amount of time and have been unable to present us with an application number for the BUILDING PERMIT as agreed to on our contract.“Steven (no last name)” no longer comes to the site and we have been left with an incomplete sunroom and damages to the interiors of my kids bedroom and other areas.More importantly we were convinced to pay THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!! We are now left with disappointment and grief for having trusted them to carry out what was agreed upon.Please beware as I would hate for anyone else to go through what my family and I are experiencing presently.We have successfully used Kijiji in the past to hire contractors, unfortunately this has turned into an absolute nightmare and caused a lot of heartache to my family and I.
