Courtney and crew are a class act. I have been a loyal customer for many years.Always accommodating, their work is performed at a high level and reasonable cost. Just drive by the garage and it will be obvious by all the super high end cars parked outside that the clientele could easily afford to take their cars anywhere for service. The fact that they entrust their precious rides to E.U. Autowerks speaks volumes about the level of service.No one is perfect and occasionally mistakes are made; that is life. However, on the very few occasions that has occurred they go the extra mile to make things right. Courtney has actually dropped off my car at my home for goodness sakes! How many other repair shops would do that?As someone of average means with an unfortunate attraction to German cars despite their long term reliability and cost of ownership issues (Scotty Kilmer is quite right in this regard), I can honestly say that Courtney and his team have been instrumental in keeping me on the the right side of the poorhouse! My highest recommendation.

Customer service was great...but not satisfied with the work done.I explained what I needed and when I came bk to pick up the car only half a job was done. The angel light was replaced, but had to wait another hour for the car and then to find out a new ballast was needed for the front light low beam light.When I left, the angel light went out that same night.Called bk the next day to let them know and they did not say to come bk and get a refund or anything...I ended up paying for a bulb that burnt out the same day plus the labour.On top of it I had to go somewhere else to get the light fixed!!!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with E.U Autowerks and it was exactly that a PLEASURE. From the moment I dropped off my Porsche I was promised fair and honest treatment and that is exactly what they delivered. The car had a very complex issue that other shops could not figure out. Both Laura and Courtney kept me informed along the way. They found the problem and resolved it in a very reasonable manner. I could not be happier and would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone.Even picked it up cleaner then when it was dropped off. Absolutely exceptional service!

The customer service was great, Laura was very helpful.However the job was done not so well. My car has the light engine so I check for myself by Car reader and identified the problem. I came to the shop and told them to look into that but they said they will rescan again just to make sure. I found one in Google review and E.U.Autowerks was the closest to me by that time with good review, that's why i counted on them.After 1st time diagnose they quoted me and stated that the PCV problem need to be fix. I asked again about the problem that I found on the car reader they say it was ok.After 24hr, my engine light came back again. Brought it to the shop, they have identified another problem with a new price, and the problem was exactly what I've told them.Overall, make sure you know and understand about your car, also, ask about the part that need to replace, you might find a cheaper quote! And do not forget to shop around because you will be surprise with better quality and reasonable price!! European car doesn't mean there will be good quality

Purchased a Porsche Cayman from BC, so needed someone local in TO to handle the prepurchase inspection and safety cert. Courtney and Laura did an excellent, professional job. The car arrived and is in fantastic shape, as they said. Cheers!

Ask for Courtney.His team has tons of knowledge to put towards your daily driver or track car.An Honest guy that has built a shop, he actually has your best interest in mind when working on your German built car.

Amazing place! Laura & The team were very accommodating as it was past closing time, I unfortunately had a flat in the area and they kindly replaced it. I'll surely visit back with my German one day

Courtney and his team at EU are a skilled group.Their team has work on 996t for a few years now.Performing work like;-pinning" all my coolant lines. -replacing all my rads with upgraded aluminum ones. -Installing full set of coilovers and swaybars-Sache 2.5 clutch upgradeAlong with huge assortment of high horse power mods.Trust the team here
