Feras est venu faire l’inspection de ma nouvelle maison et avec ses années d’expérience a su détecter des 100 de points dont quelques uns auraient pu devenir majeurs. Cela nous as permis de négocier avec les vendeurs. En plus, il nous a livré le rapport très rapidement 2 jours plus tard. Je recommendes fortement de les utiliser pour toute inspection.

Location: On site at my future home.The goods: My real estate agent referred me to JF at Inspection FM because I needed to do a home inspection on the north shore.Service: I communicated with JF and provided him with all of the details that he needed in order to perform a house inspection. I also let him know of a few areas that I was more concerned about. He was able to visit the home within 4 days of our conversation, which is great, and while on site, he did a really through inspection of the home. He took the time to check everything and to explain what he was doing, what he might be looking for, as well as talk about 'usual' scenarios vs. what he was seeing. I found him to be really friendly and open and the inspection report was sent to me within 48 hours, as expected.Price point: The cost of the inspection will depend on the type of establishment. In my case, it was a single family home and the price was in line with what I expected.Suggestion: The only constructive feedback I'd like to offer is that considering the cost of a home inspection, it would be great if clients received a physical copy of the report, like they do when dealing with say, a land surveyor (they send a digital copy + a physical copy via mail). At the moment, you only receive a digital copy of the report.I recommend these guys for your home inspection.

Cela fait deux fois que je fais affaires avec Feras Mansour et je ne suis aucunement déçue. J’ai obtenu un rapport très détaillé contenant plusieurs conseils d’entretien. Je recommande à 1000% cette compagnie pour inspection pré-achat!

Aucune étoile pour ce service médiocre.- J’ai découvert un dégât d’eau graduel que l’inspecteur n’a pas relevé- J’ai payé 4 000 $ pour remplacer un chauffe-eau qui n’a pas été soulevé par l’inspecteurPourtant, ils m’ont fourni un document d’une trentaine de pages dans lequel rien n’a été mentionné.Plus jamais.
