Had the most experience buying my car with Edmond! He was incredibly helpful and made sure the process was as smooth as possible! Incredibly honest and really made sure I was making the best decision! Can't recommend him enough!

I’ve been dealing with downtown volks for many years/car leases (car not under my name) and never have I been more poorly treated. The mechanics department don’t trust their customers and refuse to give services that are payed for through the lease. I’ve had to go back many times to fix the same problem that they say they “fixed” but never actually gets fixed. On top of that, they bumped the car door last time I went! True lack of professionalism and customer support. Very frustrating customer experience every time if you have issues with your car.

In a world where every company tries to be a leader in client experience, Volkswagen couldn't care less. I have not seen a worse customer service. My lease ended at the end of August 2022. I have left 6 messages between November 2021 and July 2022 to take arrangements for the buyout. Never got a callback. When I finally reached their service department at end of July, the receptionist clearly didn't know what she was doing when she gave me an appointment whereas I clearly specified that I want to fix some sctraches and take advantage of the protection plan I've been paying for 4 years. The day of the appointment, they took a couple of pictures and told me someone will call me to sign some paperwork. No one did. Scratches weren't fixed. Next appointment comes. I bring the money to buyout the car and scratches aren't fixed. Not to mention that they rescheduled my appointment without notice via text message. Clearly, the company doesn't value the time of its clients. When I asked to park my car at the sales kiosk which is literally 100m away from service so that I can pick it up after 5pm, they refused, claiming there is no space at the parking lot, whereas there were many empty spots. A month later, my car still isn't fixed and they are pressuring me to buy it out like this because they will charge me late fees. Receptionists give you attitude if you ask questions and salespeople are rude and not helpful. I have been paying my lease on time for 4 years and never asked for anything. The only thing I am asking is to honor the terms of the contract. What a nightmare experience. Stay away from this dealership.

I have been a client of Volkswagen Centre-Ville for over 10 years. They have taken great care of me and the maintenance of my vehicles. The service of the members at the garage is amazing. I never have to worry about any car troubles and I would choose this garage without a doubt.

Nobody wants to have car trouble but if you do you’d want to have a guy like Simon (in the service department) at VW centreville service. He was very professional, honest and gave me accurate information. He made me feel comfortable with the repair work and gave detailed explanations. Very pleased, hands down 5 star service.

I’ve received great service from Edmond and would definitly recommend him for anybody considering a Volkswagen. He helped me at every turn to get my hand on my girst GTI. I had many questions and considered different buying options and Edmond happily showed me the different strategy I could adopt toward getting my first new car. He showed transparency where I’ve met opacity from the other dealers I had considered. The only thing Edmond forgot to mention about the GTI is that you can’t get enough of that car!

Compared to other VW showrooms in Montreal this specific location is Too Expensive". I would suggest people try other showrooms before this location.For instance their high Interest rate (compared to other showrooms)

Poor customer service, management staff is rude and could not care less once their car is sold. Expect to wait numerous weeks to get an appointment from service department and make sure you call to follow up because they won't.
