Went to this store today cause my sister needed work shoes I was shocked as how rude and unprofessional every Employee at that store was . The lady we asked for help for finding a size didn’t seem interested in helping us she tells us the sizes are up on the selves which were too high to reach without those boxes tumbling down on us ! She treated us like with a rude tone of voice. When we went to pay there were three girls just standing around gossiping and giggling which is also considered rude and unprofessional like who hired them to get paid for gossiping?

Staff were very unprofessional, making fun of my younger cousin for dropping off a resume and when I confronted them they quickly shut their mouths and had nothing to say , one also claimed they were the assistant manager highly unprofessional if that was the case. Considering there’s literally signs saying “we’re hiring”

For a self serve style, the staff were very helpful. Decent sale prices especially in the clearance section.

Just went in the store to get a sneakers for work and the cashier has an attitude towards a customer that was before us I thought the lady that was before us did something but she was just counting her change to pay so she was bothered by that !when its our turn to pay we get the same attitude, shes not as friendly don't know her name but I have her employee number 321502

Dry while I billed. I felt like they are doing a favor to me while I make my purchase. The employee was quite senior.Good collection but dryness in nature by sales persons.

Store employees don’t know their job, went to return a pair of shoes twice, cashier and one other person didn’t know how to return from apple pay paid purchase, asked me to bring my physical card, went back with the card another day, a different cashier helped, she didn’t even need the card and returned on phone tap. Such a waste of time. They need more employee training.

Very unprofessional business practices. I placed an order online to be picked up in-store around 1pm the following day. At around 3pm the next day (2 hours late) I received a generic email stating my items were not in stock at that location and that subsequently my order had been canceled. On top of that, the email stated that I was not charged for the canceled items, when in fact I was. This is all after my order was confirmed and the funds were withdrawn from my bank account at the time of purchase. Now the company has issued a refund that will take up to 10 business days, and Christmas is less than 2 weeks away. Here’s the kicker, at no point did any representative contact me to ask if I would like my order shipped instead (they offer free shipping). So basically now I have no shoes and I have to wait for a refund with Christmas right around the corner.Thanks Famous Footwear!-First and Last Time Customer

Bad customer service.Unprofessional staff, Very Rude!!

There was a line with one cashier whilst three employees were talking and standing together at the front. I don't understand why they made people wait when they easily could have opened another register to quickly decrease the line. Instead they said appointed me to the front with a single cashier doing all the work while three employees just laughed and talked.

Worst online shopping everThey just cancel your order without even telling you and you have to follow up several times to see when your money will be back to your account again. I won't recommend them at all. Wasting time Wasting money
