This is an excellent service. We shipped a package from Calgary to Edmonton 6 months ago and Purolator lost it. It was worth $8000 to us. There was no accountability, we were given the run around, and Purolator charged us for the shipment. The package was found by someone at a warehouse in Edmonton yesterday. I submitted a request to Propello and it was picked up and delivered to it's original destination in 2 hours for under $20. Thanks Propello.

I've used Propello for quite a bit of our deliveries in town. They are well priced and are always on time. They are well dressed and never show up to a location looking bad. As an added bonus, whenever I call to ask a question or look for help whoever I speak to is always very helpful and I'm never left feeling like I'm bothering them.I will definitely keep using Propello and would recommend their services to businesses looking for a good courier service.
