THE WORST OF THE WORST. I was obliged to take this insurance because of my employer. We used to be with Sunlife and everything was so much better and smooth. I barely called their customer service line because the app was so easy to use and refunds arrived in less than 3 days . Canadalife delays for online estimations, refunds and oven to call customer service are ridiculous!! 2 HOURS of wait time and then the call disconnects for no reason. The app is not use friendly AT ALL!!! It keeps bugging for a simple claim for eye doctor medical exam. Unbelievable.

A chaque fois que j'appelle, je ne suis inccaple de parler avec une personne du departement de reclemation, ce malgrée mais nombreux message laisser. Deja qu'un deuil est assez dure emotionnellement, ce n'est pas necessaire que sa soit difficile a les contacter afin de mettre les affaires en ordres du defunt et de respecter ces souhait.

Mauvais service!

I've benefited from my insurance with them of course, but the real issue is customer service. The agents are kind and helpful, but the wait times are ridiculous and have been this way for months. Just today I wanted 1h30 just to be told to leave a message... Claims also take weeks to be reviewed.

Website never works every time i try to log in its say try later, its been like this for 2 years.

Simply the worst. No customer service and unusable website / app.
