Great customer service, very helpful and friendly.The TV they delivered to us was broken, so upon delivering the replacement, the delivery crew helped me open and set up the new TV and only left when we made sure the new TV was working well.Great experience all around.

Very good customer service, I needed to buy a cord extension (for my speakers) b/c my current cord isn't long enough...The person there got me a 7 ft long cord extension, and he even went further....He helped and physically hook up the new cord (extension) to my current cord...Also he was very polite and sincere....I'd definitely go back again!
