Best starbucks in HRM. Polite staff and they are always happy to serve you. Especially on weekend mornings, they make you feel at home! I always look forward to visiting this location. Always a great experience. The management and staff clearly has their stuff figured out. Well done and thanks for such amazing customer service.

Mobile ordered a drink and food and my drink came half full; these things happen so I called and spoke to Sarah a shift manager and she was excellent and rectified the issue! Always friendly staff here.

This is a Starbucks I frequent thanks to its proximity to my workplace. The staff are always lovely, cheerful, and forgiving when you don't know the Starbies terminology. Washrooms a clean and they have a large table for group work or for spreading out your gear. 10/10.

Well. For some reason, the person/persons making the drinks can't read a label. I went through the drive-through twice today, and my drink was wrong both times. This is also a reoccurring issue. I'm paying 5+ dollars for a single drink. I think making them correct the first time should be more of a priority.

My favourite Starbucks BY FAR ! They NEVER get my drink wrong, never the wrong size, never made wrong and it consistently tastes amazing. I’ve had issues with other Starbucks with quality, this Starbucks on cuddy lane always is good. Plus the staff is amazing. So incredibly friendly go above and beyond regular customer service. 110/10 recommend.

Staff are very friendly and will greet you when you walk in. Foods fine, usually all Starbucks are the same in this regard. Atmosphere is interesting. There's a cozy corner nook for studying and then there's like so many tables crammed in this area. it kind of reminds me of a cafeteria lol but still a great location !
