I brought my phone for repair, and the screen they sold to me was defective. I went to see them multiple times, and they told me that a new screen was not available. Each kiosk is indivulidually operated, there is no head office.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I was trying to fix my phone screen but end up broken both my home button and screen!!! The guy doesn’t know how to fix the phone himself but ran to another unreliable place and let another person fix it!!! They charge unfairly. And he doesn’t speak English!

Avoid at all costs. Their iPhone adapters are not even real. Bought mine and went home, only to realize that the cable wouldn't fit all the way in. Found this sneaky, so I went to my local drugstore (yes, they do sell Apple products sometimes) and bought the last one they had in stock. The real one is on the left, whereas the fake one is on the right. Judge for yourselves...

pathetic repair store don't repair your phone there or anything. bad service and they talk like some bunch of rookies that don't know anything

Terrible place.Took my phone in 1 year ago for a broken screen repair and they kept returning it with defects that were not there before (sensors not working, drained battery, malfunctioning replacement screen). I must have gone there over 20 times and i still don't have my phone back. They now claim they will only bring it there if i call ahead and let them know I'm coming. Fair enough, i call and call and no one picks up... And on the rate occasion they do that all me to call back because they don't know about my phone and need to check with someone else. They say they'll call back, but they never do.So 1 year, many trips wasted, no phone and money spent on a screen for a phone i don't have.

They didn't repair my phone. I was spoken to disrespectfully. It took multiple days of visits and fights with the manager to get my phone back and a refund. Don't come here

Terrible place for cellphone repairing, the guy evevn didnt know how to open my iphone 6s, I lost my finger print. It cost me 100$ more to fix my cellphone. Never trust this place...Just wasted my time and made me nervous

Terrible, affreux. N'allez JAMAIS à cet endroit!Propriétaire m'a vendu un protecteur d'écran en vitre (parce qu'il n'avait pas de case protecteur pour mon iPhone disponible) en me disant que cela rendait l'écran résistant aux impacts. 3 mois plus tard, mon écran était en milles miettes après un impact à l'intérieur de mon sac-à-dos duquel je n'ai pas eu connaissance. Offre seulement une garantie d'un mois pour honorer la piètre qualité de ses produits. Le propriétaire a été absent pendant 2 semaines, et personne n'a pu me donner de services pendant son absence (pas de téléphone fonctionnel pendant ce temps). À son retour, celui-ci m'a traitée de menteuse, d'avoir pris ma facture dans les poubelles pour le frauder, à insultée ma mère qui m'accompagnait et à fait preuve d'impatience à plusieurs reprise envers moi.

So rude. Terrible costumer service, I hope they get removed from the mall.

Malheureusement, j'ai été déçu ma transaction. On m'a installé un nouvel écran non original sur mon appareil Motorola G6 et, moins de 3 mois après, il s'est détaché et il était à nouveau non fonctionnel.
