The screening was quick and painless. The hygienist was ready for my appointment at the time booked and the facility is clean and all protocols in place to keep patients and staff safe. The billing is done quickly and sent right away to my insurance provider. Overall a great experience

I recently went in with pain due to an impacted wisdom tooth. I was seen the same day I called with my complaint and upon examination it was clear I needed the bottom two removed due to the issues they were causing. The following week I was scheduled in and had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I am 27 and wish I could have had it done sooner so it maybe wasn't so invasive BUT with that said I am SO HAPPY I walked into Altima Dental with my emergency. Dr Mustafa is the best dentist I have ever had. He is kind, funny, and validated my pain. You can tell he truly cares about you and your experience. The post op care has been nothing short of spectacular. I have had some pain and discomfort and they saw me right away to make sure I was supported. The lady on the front desk is so kind and attentive. The dentist assistant I have every time is also awesome. And there's another lady who works in the office who is always happy and nice to deal with. All around amazing location and I would give 100/100 stars if I could!

I found this to be the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’ve had two other dentists and it got to where I would not go anymore… 5 years no dental. I finally gave in and found this dental center. Best work ever!!! Fixed the errors of my last dentist. I’m so happy!

The staff was great. The dentist didn't even talk to me. I thought that was kinda rude. He came in, gave me some freezing and then left again without saying a word. I had to have an extraction. The staff are great, and the dentist just made me feel very comfortable.

I was very nervous but was calmed down by Dr Moustoff and his assistance nicely. The job done was fast and not as painful as I thought. This is a new dentist for me and i am impressed so far. Very nice office, nice receptionists and assistants.

I am a new patient at Altima and have only been there 3 or 4 times so far, but I am very pleased with everything about the Amazing Team at Altima Brockville Dental Centre. They are very caring yet professional in all aspects of their work. It is the best dental experience I have had in a very long time. My stress of going to the dentist was minimized by the kindness and personal attention I received by Mary (dental hygienist) during my first cleaning. I would highly recommend Altima .

Excellent and understanding customer service! Dr.Moustafa is a great dentist, been going here for years and I definitely will recommend this dental office :)
