I called to book an appointment. The phone was answered with an inaudible one word greeting. Loud music was playing so I could barely hear what the man on the other end was saying. I asked about the time I wanted and he replied “No.” I said, “Ok, fine thanks” and he suggested an alternate time, which was fine, but it seemed like a major inconvenience to help me at all. Decided not to make the appointment.
