Doug was really friendly and patient. I am a first time home buyer so I was very nervous, but he explained everything really well and was great at answering all my questions. He seemed very sincere and did not rush any of it - I felt well taken care of. I'm also impressed with the HouseMaster website and that I can continue to use the cloud in order to keep track of my home maintenance.

HouseMasters was great at inspecting our new home. The gentleman made us feel very comfortable with all the new units in our upcoming house. Explained well, showed us everything, and made a comprehensive report that was easy to access within a very quick time frame. They were also very accommodating to our time sensitive needs. Excellent service. I had a very small window to do an inspection with an accelerated closing date. House Master made it happen scheduling within 2 days. Doug arrived early before we got there. Already completing the outside inspection before we even arrived. Great guy and very knowledgeable, answering my onslaught of questions with experienced answers. Knew what to look for and even inspected my additional requests. Highly recommend this service. Price was fair.

Doug provided an excellent home inspection! He very professional, thorough, and clearly had a lot of knowledge and experience. He explained maintenance needs and detailed points about all aspects of the house. He provided photos and detailed feedback in his report. Doug did a home inspection, took a water sample for testing, and did a radon test. Even though I contacted him for the inspection and paid for the inspection but, he sent the report to my male partner. When I asked for radon test results he replied that they were very low" and I needed to ask him to provide the report. He inspected another house on the same day and when he labeled our water test

This is the only home inspection I have had. Doug arrived early for the appointment. His compilation of the report was intensive. He even brought attention to the deck, where there was the onset of rotting boards. I would definitely use his services again
