Totally unprofessional. She was paid almost $11,000 to complete a flood insurance claim.Job not finished and no accountability!!Ghosted when I tried to get job done...scam artist!!Thief and a fraud...keeps insisting she's agood" person.Good people don't steal and lie!Do not trust this woman...Installer caused damage...no accountability. ..charged for materials and labour for tile work...wasn't completed...job not completed!Thankfully another reputable company stepped up and completed the job.Out of pocket but worth it to deal with a company that values their clients.Steer clear!!"
