0 Star, canadalife RRSP plans they calculate Incorrectly my activity report shows contributions 4001.5 CAD where as they generated 3475 CAD tax receipt.

People please do not set up an account with this scam insurance company. They are horrible in taking care of customers inquiry they scammed me.

I want to put 0 stars but can’t! Worst customer service ever, take me one hour to speak an agent plus additional one hours to another department. Make no sense . I need my claims I’ve waited for too long now

Everything is going up, but my investment in Canadalife drop down 25% from 2007 to 2021. I transfer my RRSP investment $9642 to Londonlife in 2007. They promise that my investment can go up 6-8% every year. Now, my RRSP Balance is $7251. I contact my advisor Pingan (Anthony) Wang, he didn’t answer me. I contact the Canadalife head office in January 2021, They still don’t answer my questions. It is one year after I contact my advisor and head office, Nobody contact me and help me to find a solution. My RRSP value continue to drop. I have no choice but write the review to hope the financial expert help me.

They make a mistake every time I submit my claims. I have to call for them to review again and correct. Wait times are over an hour which is absolutely ridiculous. The worst.

I have been trying to reach Primo Rapini for the past few weeks and so have my parents. We have left numerous messages with no response. I guess everything is great when they are trying to sell you services then they disappear for years with no contact and now when you have a question or concern they ignore your calls and messages. My Senior Parents are still being charged monthly for a Life Insurance Policy they took out for my daughter when she was born. They were told they would not have to continue to pay into the policy after she turns 20. She turned 20 in April and they are still being charged monthly!! WHY???? Can someone from Canada Life PLEASE contact us from this office!! We have left our phone numbers on your voicemail numerous times!!!

The customer service is quite bad. Each individual is nice, but they aren't empowered to do anything but transfer you to someone else, who is required to start the process all over again.Their representatives will tell you that there is convenience in having all your insurance and investment products under one company, but in practice that is just not true at all. Each department barely even speaks to one another and they absolutely do not have the ability to speak between departments.Our Advisor simply stopped serving us after a few years, so I'd be wary of that promise too.
