Everytime I unload here, I'm first one here last to be unloaded. Shipping Receiving is a joke, lazy guy inside doesn't want to get up off his a** and do anything just points outside. 2-3 fork truck operators just sitting around texting while I'm waiting to be off load. Disorganized at best.

As a driver for Court I have found them to be a better than average employer, wages and equipment are good and the people both in and out of the plant are friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend for this place for any Galvanizing needs. I think this place is the Largest Galvanizing plant in Ontario.They can galvanize 53 ft long by 94 inch wide by 11 ft deep, staying inside these sizes allows to single dip material. If large than this, they can do double Dips! very racist, unprofessional work environment. Many many people complain about managers especially one named Tyhere and nothing is done about it. 11 out of 15 workers signed petition stating they were harassed by him constantly and giving to the plant manager Ed and nothing was done about it. Favourites are treated like royalty where people who aren’t favourited are treated like garbage and talked down to on a everyday basis. I strongly recommend not working here.

This is a commercial company so the public can't enter. However they do a wonderful job and the guys are friendly
