Have bad foot problems and went in there looking for good footwear. Prices can be steep, but, William, the attendent in the men's section was wonderful. Very attentive, answered my array of questions and tried his best to please me as a customer; and he did. I know prices can't entirely be helped, but if they were a little more practical, I'd give 5 stars.

We ordered winter boots online for in-store pickup for my super picky son. We tried them on, he did some walking through the store and said they were the “best ever”. Danielle was awesome!The customer service is awesome. Thank you for making this stress free. Also- for having Monster Trucks on your boots!

Amazing staff, super helpful. I wanted a certain boot but they didn't have my size, amazingly the manager from Belleville offered to bring my size to the Kingston, had them by noon the next day.. Amazing customer service on both stores part...kudos kudos..

Bought shoes for myself and my child and had a fabulous experience. The staff were very friendly and gave my child a bit to warm up to them and eventually had my child chasing after them to test out the fit of the shoes. It was wonderful service and a great start to my child's first shopping experience!

I went in to get some shoes for work and they didn’t have my size in store, but they ordered them for me. Once they were in store, they called me to come pick them up. They were very easy to deal with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here, and I will be back once my shoes are worn out again. They also have a great selection of shoes, not just for work!
