Staff are rude in person and when they email you back. THEY REPLY IN ALL CAPS, SO I REPLY BACK LIKE THIS.DO NOT SEND huge amount as they will keep it for few days, they earn interest with this.Again, go somewhere else so you don’t get disappointed.DO NOT SEND BALIKBAYAN BOXES here, go to other vendors, waaaayyy better service.Manila Express, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS! You disappoint your loyal customers. You run your business like you are in the Philippines, all delaying tactics, mañana habit and just so inefficient!

Vancouver branch permanently closed end of Dec. 2022. So, it is very inconvenient for people who want to send money overseas now. On the bright side, I heard that the management is looking for another location in Vancouver. Just have to wait if and when that will materialize.

Our balikbayan box never received.They can’t locate where the box is..Trying to get refund no one can even answer..DO Not use their service.

Agents are very rude especially the guy agent. Very unprofessional. Doesn't even know what professionalism is. They even ask personal questions like why are you sending the money, etc. If there was another place to send money in Richmond, I wouldn't go here
