Always Occasions

The Ladies at Always Occasions were beyond amazing. They are so talented and knowledgeable about everything surrounding the wedding industry. Anna is so kind and helpful, she is willing to go the extra mile to make any of your ideas come into fruition. Bryanne helped to coordinate our rehearsal run through and the day of our wedding as well. She was also an absolute delight to work with, she helped everything for the day of our wedding to run smoothly. She is so patient and kind and went above and beyond on so many things to make sure they were just as we imagined. I would recommend this venue and these ladies to anyone and everyone to make their wedding day dreams come true too!

We booked Always Occasions before it was built as it was a new unique venue, affordable & they tore down décor for you, which was a huge selling point. Anna & Mihaela are so kind, love what they do & make you feel special. They go above & beyond to accommodate & make dreams come. I enjoyed planning with them, but think in trying to make it perfect, they over-promise what can actually be delivered. There’s sure to be things that don’t go as planned, but Anna assured us numerous times that her team, though small, could handle it.My bridal party had the lists/photos we gave to Anna to check things at the reception. They were frantic fixing the separated guest tables - couples who would be seated together at one long table would now be apart. Place cards were mixed up & other decor needed rearranging.The venue is beautiful & a perfect size for small weddings, but the upstairs bar is dangerous. Luckily she was ok, but a guest actually fell down the stairs after imbibing too much. We wanted to pay for a 2nd bar on the mainfloor for older guests, but Anna assured us they would take orders & serve them. No one did so my uncles got drinks for those who couldn't do stairs. We wanted wine on tables but it wasn’t, some didn't get the Champagne Toast & our keg was so over-pumped it was unusable. We had other beer, but it was warm with only 1 fridge.The photobooth iPad died so a few guests didn’t get to use it, though the cord was provided (but never found later). I made specific playlists & detailed info for the music which a guest was going to handle, but were assured Anna’s team was on it. Music didn’t play at times/the wrong song cued/playlists were shuffled when not supposed to/1st dance wasn’t faded, etc. The biggest issue was the Speaker. People couldn’t hear our MC & it wasn’t loud enough for dancing. I normalized volume levels on my iPod but not the backup, which was louder so used instead, but then songs were too quiet/loud, so I stood by the speaker all night controlling volume/skipping songs. We could have hired a DJ/sound system, but were assured that the speaker was sufficient & they were happy to control the music.At pick up next day, most boxes were thrown out/strewn between 2 units. In our hunt to locate our things, we found buffet chafing dishes & late lunch leftovers sitting out on the floor with food, which we would have gladly taken home. Unpacking later, table cloths were missing, a picture frame was broken & 2 ornaments were broken prior to being put in their boxes (pieces from one were found in the other). No one told us they broke it, it was almost like they were hiding it/hoping we wouldn't find out.We provided all décor, so I tried to make it easy giving a map layout/staged photographs/seating chart/décor list/down-to-the-minute schedule w/music cues, because I gave such detail, it was frustrating when things didn’t happen. I think most issues came down to it being a new venue & the team wanting to make things perfect, but there was perhaps a lack of organization & personnel to follow through. They refused to let us help set up, but perhaps it might have alleviated some problems. Even in email exchanges, responses would take quite a while, another indication that while everyone is well-meaning, they are just a tad over-extended. All smaller things aside, the major moments of the wedding were executed very well. None of our guests noticed the mishaps & thought our wedding was one of the best. Anna & her team also came to our rehearsal/ceremony to organize our large bridal party & took décor to the reception, which was a huge help. Planning everything myself, I’m too close to it & the small details really stick out, but our wedding really was beautiful & the team at Always Occasions had a big part in making that happen. While we would like future patrons to be aware of some of the issues we encountered so they can be prepared/make different choices/arrangements, we ultimately would recommend Always Occasions for other weddings.

What an amazing space! For anyone planning an event whether it be a wedding, reception, business mixer or dinner I highly recommend this beautiful curated space. They literally have thought of everything. You will be pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and the beauty of the space and the staff are fabulous. I recently attended a wedding at Always Occasions and was incredibly impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. Every detail was thought out and from a guests point of view, everything went off without a hitch. They were constantly cleaning to ensure everything was tidy and they made sure to be as discrete as possible. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Always Occasions to anyone looking to host an event there.

My wife and I recently got married at this location. Bryanne was amazing from the moment we began our wedding planning with her. She was always replying to our emails and would meet us at the location at any time if we needed to be there for an appointment. Even though our planning was stressful until the day, everything turned out amazing and memorable.The venue was beautiful, the staff were beautiful and awesome, very open to everything that we wanted to do. I would recommend this venue to anyone who has an event wanting to be planned or a wedding.6/5 stars for Bryanne6/5 stars for Always Ocassions and Anna!

We had our ceremony and reception at always occasions and it was perfect. Everyone loved our venue and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We loved the day of coordination and the venue does all the set up and tear down which was super important for us and our families to have a stress free time. Beautifully decorated and amazing staff. Bartending was great. We broke a few glasses and someone was there to clean it up immediately. The venue even made a little video for us and gave us a gift which was so special and lovely.The only downsides were that on the day of our wedding there was a farmers market in the parking lot which we were not informed of. We had told all our 80 guests that there was a huge parking lot and then it was full of the farmers market so that added a lot of stress on the day. There was also no water for our guests during the dinner portion so one of our guests was going around giving everyone water almost as if they forgot about water because the wine service and everything else was great.We would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking and are so happy we had our wedding here at always occasions!

As a professional photographer, I've photographed at Always Occasions twice ; the space is roomy, intimate, and is so versatile for any event. Anna is amazing and she is so friendly; she and her team are able to change the room within moments. Highly recommend this venue!

Attended a wedding here recently and it was beautiful. I can’t speak for how it was for the bride and groom but from an outsider perspective it was organized and beautiful and ran smoothly. For the rehearsal we all had a lot of direction and the people working were fun and personable.

We got married at Always Occasions this last Saturday - our guests absolutely loved the space! Our wedding went so smoothly the entire day. As a wedding planner myself, there were a lot of boxes I was looking to be checked from a venue and overall we were really pleased with the support we got from booking onwards!Some wins:- Set up and tear down went off without a hitch and our vision was executed perfectly!- The venue is situated next to other bars so it's simple for guests to have somewhere close by to go during cocktail hour- Lots of venue support from the coordinators, bartending staff is provided, beautiful chairs & tables, etc.Some cons:- Rehearsal Dinner - We had originally hoped to have our rehearsal dinner at AO the night before our wedding, but we found out close to this would no longer be possible due to another booking - This venue is very busy so be careful when planning your rehearsal dinner plans and make sure you have a backup!- The need to rent additional tables / Size of the venue. Would definitely recommend utilizing this venue for smaller guest counts around the 80 and under mark!Overall - this was a beautiful space. Our wedding went off without any hiccups that we were aware of and I couldn't be more grateful overall!Thanks a million to the AO team!

We had a great experience with Always Occasions for our wedding reception! Anna and her team are absolute professionals. They have been through so many weddings that they will have an answer to every question you may have and give great advice. The venue is beautiful. We loved the European theme and there are so many great photo op spots! We had 65 people and there was still enough room for a dance floor, but any more people might have been a bit tight. A huge benefit is the fact that Always Occasions has a large selection of decor that we could use and they take care of all set up and take down. They even came to our wedding rehearsal which was at at different location! That was very helpful because they gave cues for the processional and gave suggestions. On the wedding day, Anna and two of her staff were at the ceremony and coordinated everything perfectly. Anna is an extremely busy person but still managed to meet with us several times prior to the day. Highly recommend! You will not regret going with them.
