My experience purchasing a Ranger Rover with Land Rover Richmond Hill was an extremely great experience. From the moment I spoke with Alex Kasagic he was professional and knowledgeable about the SUV that I was looking to purchase. He provided me with all the required information I need to make my purchase and spent the time showing me how to use all the features in the SUV. JLR THORNHILL SERVICE- How long does it usually take you all to get a warranty repair/check-up service appointment with a loaner(courtesy) vehicle? Seems like JLR Thornhill service here in Canada (Greater Toronto Area) is going from bad to worse. 2 weeks! They don't even seem to care if some serious damage is done to you or the car while driving it in a problematic condition. The other option is to just drop off the vehicle and head back home (50kms one way in my case) which isn't a viable option! The service quality for Lexus and Acccura is hear is heaven when compared to this! Seems like this is the heavy price I need to pay for being loyal to the Jaguar brand since 2012... They are doing nothing but digging their own grave.
