Store is well stocked but not well maintained in terms of the sale items. Lots of selection on tees, but women's are $10 more than men's for the same patterns and less material. Changeroom area had no service personnel.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever received from a clothing store and company. The whole staff really understands what it means to provide excellent customer service. This store and all of its employees ought to be the role model store of what it means to deliver consistent, friendly, and honorable customer service!! Congratulations and great job to everyone who works here. Management has done an excellent job

Fantastic customer service. I forgot her name sadly (Musak, Misak, alas it escapes me), but she was nothing but patient and kind with finding the perfect pair of jeans for me. If any manager sees this comment I recommend giving her a raise pronto!

Worst service I've ever had, my family was in this store and there was three (3) associates and for over 20 minutes no help and we stood at the cashier for another 10 minutes while they talk amongst themselves. If they were busy it's fine but that was my first and last time I that store.

Lucky Brand Tsawwassen Mills has some of the nicest staff. The natural way that the staff introduced me to their brand by saying, have you seen the 'Lucky You'

The manager Alisha provided me excellent customer service right when I walked in. As someone who worked in retail in the past as both manager/sales associate, I was very impressed by her service. Her service was not only helpful, but genuine. Not like some places where it’s more about the sale and less about the people aspect. She helped me find the right dress which she was actually wearing and offered me a kimono from the back and I ended up buying that as well. Overall I was very impressed and her leadership reflected in her sales associates as they were very helpful to the other customers in the store. I will be back for sure!

One of my favorite stores, no matter which part of the world I am in. My togo spot for jeans any kind slim fit, athletic or relaxed. The store has great lightning and as usual amazing discounts. Today was the first time I ended up buying stuff sweaters. Let's give it a try and I will post more about their quality. So far for Jeans, it's got my heart. One of the big highlights of the store is a big bike in the middle.

Never heard of the store before. Screamed Irish to me. Sort of an Irish influence but minimal. Had a sale on t-shirts, buy one, get the second free. The problem was that the first was between $30 and $45. That's not a good deal for a simple t-shirt.

This is one of my favourite stores. I love the vintage style clothes it has to offer. I go here every time. Last time I went I had a horrid experience, I went in and started browsing and I wanted help with a size and I couldn’t see anyone there to offer any help, later on I requested the Indian girls who were sitting on the cash register and chatting with each other to help me with the fitting room, one of them said it’s already open, go help yourself. I mean is this the customer service one seeks at a branded location. I have myself worked in customer service with Levi’s at the same location for 2 years and as soon as a customer entered in he/she was greeted and we used to walk the customer around and assist them. Here, it seemed like I was disturbing their conversation when I asked for help. I love their clothes but might never go again to feel this insulted. Being a brown person myself I’m ashamed that this is what happened to good places as such.

I loved the store. The last time I was in a Lucky Brand store was in San Diego and that was a long time ago. I didn't realize that the US chain went bankrupt and this new Canadian store is a different company than the old US store chain.Apparently, they bought the brand rights for Canada and sell similar clothes to the old chain. I like the clothes quality and the styling is a little different than other jeans stores. I was equal it to a cross between American Eagle and the Gap.The prices were high but when they're on sale like what I bought at Christmas; it is worth it as the quality is decent.Now, the question is: would I take the ferry across to Tsawassen specifically to go to this store...No. However, when I'm in the area, I definitely will stop in to look as it's the only location close to the ferry.
