I’m giving three starts because Dr Wilson is the best! He would get five+ stars but the receptionists (one in particular) is condescending and rude. She’s been there for years now and each time I expect the worst passive aggressive attitude and she always delivers. Why do these people go into healthcare? Why not be a receptionist somewhere else? I get 100 times better treatment by the receptionist at a nail salon than at this place. Today I was fed up enough to leave a review.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Nordel Crossing Medical Clinic, and it was an absolute nightmare. The clinic's lack of responsiveness and the abysmal behavior of their staff left me appalled and frustrated. If you're looking for a medical facility that values professionalism and patient care, stay far away from this place.First and foremost, trying to get in touch with this clinic is an exercise in futility. Their phone lines are consistently unanswered, and when you finally manage to get through after countless attempts, the staff's attitude is nothing short of abhorrent. It's clear that basic manners and courtesy are foreign concepts to them. They come across as rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of respect for patients.My experience with Dr. Trevor Wilson, in particular, was beyond disappointing. It felt like he had no interest in listening to my concerns or understanding my medical history. Instead, he rushed through the appointment, barely giving me enough time to explain my symptoms. It was evident that he had no intention of providing comprehensive care or addressing my concerns. This level of indifference is completely unacceptable in the medical profession.As a patient, I expected to be treated with empathy and compassion, but my experience at Nordel Crossing Medical Clinic was the complete opposite. I left the clinic feeling unheard, disrespected, and frustrated. It's disheartening to think that a place that claims to provide medical care can be so negligent and dismissive of its patients.I strongly advise against visiting Nordel Crossing Medical Clinic. Their failure to answer calls promptly, coupled with the rude and unprofessional behavior of their staff, is simply unacceptable. And when it comes to Dr. Trevor Wilson, it's clear that patient care is not a priority. Find a medical facility that values your well-being and treats you with the respect you deserve.

Doctors are great. Receptionists are terrible. Almost impossible to even get in here as they usually don’t want to help you. Too bad too becuase Dr. Wilson is the best

Absolute worst office ever! Secretary staff never know if a doctor is going to be in or not or when they might return. Horrible attitude and highly unprofessional. Providing info is LITERALLY THEIR JOB! Out of medication for a month because of wrong information. Go elsewhere!!

I've been coming here for 10 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Yang has done a great job of picking up the slack from the incompetent Frasier River Endocrinology and does a great job of patiently listening and sorting out whatever the problem is. The reception staff has always been respectful and helpful. I have also had the pleasure to meet some of the other doctors there as well and they have always been great. I highly recommend this place, they take good care their patients.

The ONLY reason I'm giving 1 star is because I couldn't proceed without it....my 19 year old daughter ended up on life support for 4 days, on full time dialysis for 2.5 days, admitted to hospital, unconscious, as DKA just 2 days after being misdiagnosed at this clinic. The horror of being told your child may not survive the night after trusting the doctor to provide proper and full care.Please please be aware if you visit this clinic!**** update ****I had filed with The College of Physicians and the doctor was indeed found to be at fault of misdiagnosis.The doctor had missed all the signs of a patient in a diabetic crisis heading to keto acidosis....instead the doctor diagnosed gastroenteritis despite no history of diarrhea

Horrible!!!!! I'm so tired of out health care system. Opens at 7:30 get there at 7:40 it's fully booked for the day. This is the 5th time I've gone in a week and a half. I had to literally go to the hospital to seek medical treatment.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for about 4 years and Dr.Wilson is, without a doubt, a truly kind and knowledgeable doctor. He is an attentive listener and his treatment advice or referral to a specialist is always spot on. Not once have I ever felt rushed or like a burden of his time. My sincerest appreciation for the great work that you provide to our community.

Great experince always at this clinic. Dr Surajbali is by far one of the best doctors I have met. Very thankful to have him as our doctor. May God bless him.

My family and I have been coming here for more than 15 years. The receptionists are amazing, the doctors are amazing. Keep in mind this is a really busy clinic and sometimes they book up super fast, especially if there's only 1 or 2 doctors available.The receptionists do an amazing job, the manager has always been super kind and helpful!!Especially when the pandemic started, they maintained their professionalism and pushed through. I can't thank the staff enough!!!
