Heroes scammed me about 2 grand or more. I sold them my comic collection which they lowballed and said they couldn’t even hit the bare minimum, I was a customer for over 10 years, for instance they are selling my spawn hardcover signed and sketched by McFarlane himself for 999.99 when I sold it to them for their minimum offer of 40$. I regret dealing business with it the community and wish I held to my books….

Very helpful, friendly, and informative staff . There is so much stuff In this store it literally goes to the rafters. It all appears to be well organized too. If you need something in a collectible Heroes has it or maybe it doesn't exist.

Store is large and stuff is everywhere - which as a lifelong collector and former shop owner I both love and hate - the digging can be fun, but this place has crossed the line into chaos… and the staff treated us like we were invisible. Kinda cool shop, but poor experience overall.

The best comic store I've been too. The staff is friendly, such a great selection of everything a nerd could dream of. Great prices and some rare finds!

We come from over an hour away to visit this place. Every time we’ve come in the last year or so comic boxes are covered by other comics or other toys and we can’t looked through the comics. Sections closed like yesterday. The entire back of the store. The staff has no idea where or if they have anything specific when asked. They tend to come off a little rude. Won’t be waisting time driving over an hour to visit anymore. It’s not what it used to be.

I came here a second time in a row and couldn’t even look at the comics as they have them covered up with stacks of toys. Then I was told that the back section is closed. It’s always so disorganized - prior I’ve asked about comics and they weren’t even sure if they had them or if they did where they were. Sorry but I’ll spend my money at other shops going forward, I’m not going to waste any time in that heap of a mess.

This is a haven for me. So may stuff to see, from books, toys, figurines, funko pop, collectors cards and a lot more. The store looks small from the outside but its huge inside. The man at the store is nice too.
