Last week we celebrated my parents 50th Anniversary I ordered 3 strawberries short cakes. It was delicious! I highly recommend this cake!

Came by to pick up a few desserts.Customer service was great. I informed the employee that this was my first time at this location. I asked them for their recommendations regarding what I should get aside from the obvious picks - cannoli's, tiramisu, etc.The desserts were made in store - I found that some of the dessert lacked flavor. Example the tiramisu cake barely any coffee taste/aroma. All the cakes were extremely moist and the icing for each went well. The star of the bundle I received was the strawberry tart.They also sell fresh bread and other bakery delites. It is definitely worth visiting this local bakery if you are around.In store promo - Buy 6 dessert items and save tax amount.Note - They accept cash and most forms of credit cards.

I admire good bakeriesCakes are good in this storeOwners seem caring about the store, but customer experiences is an important factor as well, an employee (old lady who speaks spanish) was having a bad day and took it out on me. Sad how customer service is dying.I wish i took her name, so i can help understand whats wrong with her.The incident happened today at 2pm.This offput me to come back to this store.

I have been going to the bakery for the last 20 years and all I can say is that the staff, specially Marlene has always delivered. She and the ladies have excellent customer service and each visit is always a great experience. The cakes, the bread, and all the wonderful treats they sell is simply amazing. Happy to be a customer of such a wonderful place for the last 2 decades.

This interaction was a few years back. Wanted a two tier birthday cake for my niece and was quoted $300 by an older male who works there. Figured out how to go around that price through the help of a young lady by getting two separate cakes. She helped me by telling me that I needed to get a heavier dense cake on the bottom that can withstand a top layer cake. Went to Micheals and got a packet of four cake column pillers and put them inside the bottom before placing a thin cake stand on top so that the top layer of cake can have a place to stand on. The bottom layer was around $50 and the top layer was about $80, so the price was around $130. But if you add the stand plus the thin cardboard sheet and the stress of putting all together i would say about $180 to $200. Also, the bottom layer was chocolate and the top was vanilla and it was delicious. Thank you to the younger girl for all her help. Overall, the cake was a big hit and everyone loved the taste.

Great customer experience! The two ladies that helped me were very kind. The bakery has delicious looking cakes, pastries and bread. I haven’t tried the cakes or bread yet, but I will definitely come back for them.I had the chocolate croissants, alfajores, and besitos cookies. The besitos cookies, not only is a cute name, but is probably my favourite so far at this place. They are these little cookies filled with either caramel or dulce de leche. Very good.

Went in to get few small sponge cakes. And one middle age spanish spoken lady was super rude, left me standing there and served other customers first. Then when i asked for an extra small box to divide my cake, she was rude and charged me for it. $2 dollar is nothing for maintaining a good relationship with customer, but she seemed so unhappy with her job that she provided such a bad customer service.

Was shopping around for some cake prices for my daughter's 18th birthday party. With social media you forget the storefronts and I'm glad I stepped into this Bakery. We went in for Churros but came out as repeat customers. Marlene (I hope I spelt her name right) was so helpful. When I showed her the cake and style that I wanted she provided me with a great price. Was able to accommodate me in a weeks time. I couldn't have been more happy with the result and our party guests were definitely impressed!

This is the only place I get all my cakes from . The amount of effort it goes into the designs and flavours are incomparable!!

horrible experience with customer service that will bring down the store’s reputation.the experience was unacceptable with a staff that were being rude to me and my friend. she was ignoring customers and charging a small paper box for 2 dollars.the owner should take this matter seriously because even though the bakery’s quality is like 5 star but people wouldn’t come back due to the zero star service
