We were very impressed with Joe's inspection. When we arrived, he had already been there for a few hours doing a thorough inspection. He walked us inside and outside the house going through everything in his report, explaining things and answering our many questions. He made it very easy to go back to the sellers with several repair/replace items, saving us future headaches and money. Joe is a very personable, down-to-earth guy that provided us much peace of mind in the home-buying process. My wife and I would highly recommend him!

Joe was a great inspector. He walked the home I was purchasing with me and made sure I was aware of any satety hazards. He was able to perform a reason test as well. Joe even went out of his way to contact a plumber that could do a scope! Definitely recommend! Great guy, Great Service!

Our inspection with Joe exceeded expectations. He was professional and able to confidently answer all of my questions. His report was excellent quality and detailed with pictures and description. Joe was even willing to take video to help capture safety concerns. It is very evident that Joe takes great pride in his work and cares that his clients are confident in their future purchase. When I left our future house the day of the inspection I had learn lots of information that has helped turn it from a house to a home.

Joe came out to inspect the house I am currently buying, and he did a great job! He was extremely thorough and took me through the house to show me everything that needs to be fixed or could be a potential issue, even the smallest of things he made me aware of. He provided me a very detailed report with pictures the day after. He was great to work with and very informative, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector!
