Great place for a ski base in resort, the suite is awesome, a full kitchen and dining area. Bedroom second to none, even the pullout bed is luxurious with a double memory foam mattress. Decent outdoor hot tubs. Good help yourself breakfast, this place ticks all the boxes and helpful friendly staff.

Booked an one bedroom suite and was given a basement room. My 1 year old son hated right from the moment we entered the room. Room was dark and terribly faced excavated space. Spoiled our trip from the first place! Terrible service even after checking with them with the concern!Family travellers stay away from this place

It’s a 3 star hotel inside the village. Staff is friendly and nice. May 25 2023 night shift reception girl and May 26 2023 morning male receptionist was very kind and helpful.Not enough lighting inside the room.

Service - If you’re used to having various accommodations made for you as you travel, expect nothing from this place. They’re fixated on their rules. No flexibility or accommodation that are reasonable in any other more customer friendly countries/regions.Property - old, dark and not so clean. Two story building. Don’t let pics online fool you. Currently with no power in the property in the hotel.Food - food at hotel is limited to their breakfast they serve. The best thing there is orange juice out of the machine. Horrible food. Frozen food like eggs etc.Area - relative to the slopes, very good location.Finally, I won’t ever come back to this property.

Super clean rooms and the two floored ones are perfect for the families. Complimentary breakfast is a much for families travelling with kids. Located perfectly halfway between the village.

The hotel's location was fantastic, situated in a convenient area that offered easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. It was a great starting point for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying the local sights.Our room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony and a cozy fireplace. The added touch of a balcony allowed us to enjoy fresh air and take in the surroundings, while the fireplace added a warm and inviting atmosphere to the room. It was a nice feature that enhanced our overall experience.The hotel provided us a free breakfast. The breakfast was great and varied, and it was a perfect way to refuel before our daily travels.In summary, the 3-star hotel provided a pleasant stay for my friends and me. The convenient location, comfortable room with a balcony and fireplace, and enjoyable breakfast contributed to a positive experience.

I really did not enjoy my stay here.My biggest issue was the HEAT and how HOT is it in the room.There’s a thermostat, that basically does nothing. It’s set to minimum and on Off but the baby monitor reads 25C in the room.The pillows are all the same, very think, neck breaking. We had to sleep with the window open.. in January! But the problem is the kid is sleeping closer to the window then we are…2 stars because the included Breakfast was decent.

Stayed in a suite. Room is comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and outside hot tubs a bonus after a long day skiing. I read in other reviews that the breakfast wasn’t great but we did not find this to be the case. Eggs, waffles, croissants, fresh fruit, bacon and sausage.
