This has been my favourite sporting" experience!Dan is a phenomenal instructor; I've never seen an instructor in anything I've ever done manage to be so kind and yet so firm and direct. He's really good at getting you energized and ready to go. Be prepared to work hard during your trial class (and feel a bit sore the next day).His approach really sets the tone of the class as well. The class regulars are very focused
