Very clean and neat. Loads of parking. Pretty much same stock as in mall stores. Check out was pleasant all the other staff I saw were putting away stock or organizing product. Good prices!

I was looking for something specific and found help right away. The salesperson quickly helped me and found what I was looking for. The service made it a great experience. The store is well merchandised and clean.

I absolutely love this store. Loads of great clothing in lots of sizes. All the staff in the changeroom and at the cash are lovely. However there was a young male with long dark curly hair working in the changeroom who made me feel very uncomfortable. He was extremely rude. He refused to speak to the customers, not just me as he was far too busy flirting with his colleagues. I am sorry to post this but the manager needs to know.

This was first time me, my wife with our 2nd grader kid visiting this store. It was my mistake that I did not check the store hours before visiting and we ended up entering the store exactly 6 minutes before closing time. As soon as we picked up couple of sweaters to try on, I could hear only one thing repeated again and again - We are closing in 5 mins and we can not let you shop anymore". So

2 staff working cash while line up to pay out to almost the fitting room at the back… reallocate your resources so the lineups aren’t massive… maybe other staff who are folding/clearing can chip in. This is why online shopping wins

The tall lady in black tee and khaki pants with the ponytail and purple clip was being extremely rude, mean and slightly racist to a south asian lady with a kid. I understand it’s the end of the shift but that still doesn’t give you the right to be so demeaning. Can the manager act upon this and train them?

Nice merchandise and good prices. Also great selection of apparel and accessories for children. H&M offers lovely organic cotton collection.

I didnt find anything jn store last week when i went. Felt the prices were high and not a lot of variety plus the items available were not great. selection in the past used to be better
