This nursing Agency is EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL.My son is on NG tube, he suddenly took that out today morning around 11.00 and I have informed them right away to send a nurse. It's a Sunday I understand but they misguided me and they were supposed to send one nurse who called us but found she is extremely rude. The most frustrating matter is when I informed the nurse coordinato, she was the same as well. RUDE and Unprofessional.
