Worst accounting firm ever. Doubled their price in 2021. I paid $110 in 2020 and in 2021 they send me an invoice of $200. I filled the online form well before deadline and they sent me mail just 2 hours before official deadline to make a payment to CRA. Regret my decision to get my tax filed through them. Won't suggest anyone to trust them.

I was their client from 2 years.. but they charge more then double Nd even if u ask just little things about your own file .. today I asked about hst number… which was already mentioned in my Uber summary but I was not aware about that nd I ask them can u please tell me my hst number from my file bcoz I dnt know about that number ..(which was already in my Uber summary nd that paper was in their hand that time) but they said they will charge around 125$ to tell me my hst number) …. This is the worst service…if someone is not aware Nd they trust you Dnt try to make them fool …

I have been doing my taxes with them for over 10 years. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The work is always done on time. They are well advanced of their communication methods as regards their contactless appointments and follow ups. Do the work with utmost honesty and integrity. I would highly recommend them for any one looking to get accounting services.

This is the first time I'm leaving business a negative review, but enough is enough. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. You get as much or less customer service as you would if you file taxes on your own! It's impossible to get anyone in the office on the phone. Emails takes daysssss to answer. Very little to none advise or professional guidance, and, even when you bring all of it up to their attention, you still get no reasponse.I've been a customer of Punjab Tax for the last 4 years, I hate changing accountants, but the service has been progressively worsening over the years. Will be taking my and my family business elsewhere going forward.

Best accountant in the city,I mostly deal with Satnam Singh and with Pawan, they always file things on time. Always gives best advice and customer service. Very helpful.
