Very clean hospital,easy to find,very friendly staff and doctors.

One of the best hospitals in the city when it comes to healthcare services. The only frustrating and annoying part is the fact that there is a line up for the elevators. Other hospitals have dropped screening when going in and there is no rules for waiting for an elevator like Mount Sinai making it less stressful and less crowded. There is always a long line for elevators. The screening process getting into the hospital is usually long lines to get in and with very little space to adequately social distance from others waiting in line. Other then this the health services and customer service is better then other hospitals nearby. If I lived closer, I would go here everytime I needed emergency room services. If it wasn't for the stress of long lines via screening and elevators I'd give them a full 5 stars.

Worst emergency room I’ve ever been to. Ppl screaming for help, symptoms being ignored to the point where I fainted and injured myself as I was drained and used as a Guinea pig…then put in a room where I watched the nurses talk about a fun fair, and use the work computer for personal use.
