Romeo Pet Hospital | Vet Clinic in Stratford

We came across this vet recently when our older dog had urgent issues - they took us right away in the evening when our regular vet could not fit us in. Sadly it ended up being the end of the road for our sweet boy but they came to our home to put him down and it was a lovely and peaceful goodbye. All staff we spoke with in the interim were compassionate and helpful. We can't recommend them enough!

Romeo has been our vet for the last 5 years with our 2 big Mastiffs Bella and Remington. The day came this past Monday that every fur parent fears , the time you have to choose to lay your pet to rest . This was sudden and completely unexpected with our Bella, we were shocked and devastated . From the first phone call to make the appt until the end the entire staff and especially Dr Wagler were kind , compassionate and caring with us and Bella . They allowed us time to sit with Bella , say our goodbyes and be with her until the end .The staff sat with her until we could get back to say goodbye and they too mourned with us . They knew how much Remi will miss Bella and donated a pheramone diffuser for us to help with Remi as he navigates this life without his big sis and BFF Bella. They referred us to 4evermore cremation in Stratford and once again we have received such care and compassion in this difficult time. I want to personally Thank all the staff at the clinic and want them to know how much it meant to us. Bella was in good hands until the end . Thank you Romeo Pet hospital , that will never be forgotten.

I can not say enough good things about this vet clinic. If you aren't a Client, become one! They are kind, knowledgeable and quick and they treat pet's sickness with the proper amount of urgency. Our cat was sick with an ongoing illness for awhile and the vet that we were going to prior was very frustrating. We switched to Romeo and with a little care and love from Dr. Patty, our cat is cured. They are amazing here!!

We discovered this vet in an emergency situation when our Guniea pig Juniper was sick. She unfortunatly required assistance with end of life. The staff was so helpful, understanding and compassionate, we truly felt they cared about our little pig. Unfortunately 6 months to the day we had to bring in our second Guinea pig Willow for the same reason. We again had the most compassionate people helping us through this experience. We received a hand written card after our visit in both cases. We could not recommend this vet clinic enough. They are wonderful thoughtful people.

We started bringing our dogs here after a terrible experience with our old vet. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable- you never feel like you are being rushed and they always take their time with the information they provide you, and give lots of time for questions. Special shout out to Grace as that is who usually helps with my babes and she is an absolute pleasure, the dogs love her kind and gentle demeanour!!

I have had nothing but great experiences at this veterinary office. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and they truly care about the animals. I will continue to support this amazing place.

Excellent care for my Boston Terrier Buddy.. Saturday hours are fantastic when your pet decides to injure itself Friday nights..Highly recommend..

I had to take my dog in to be put down today. The staff was amazing, patient, caring and walked me through everything. They were very kind and gentle with my old boy. I would recommend them to anyone.
