I managed to make an appointment for the following day at a time convenient for me. The staff is friendly, the procedure went quickly.You need to arrive a little early to find a parking space

Have been going here for nearly 5 years for sport-related injuries. The personnel has always been helpful, and the service has been fast, but today they went over the expectations as it took me 30 mins to get my x-ray done. Really an amazing experience.

I have my first MRI with them scheduled on April 3rd and I just happen to read someone’s recent review about how well their MRI exam went and I’m really grateful for that review, and also to the lovely woman whom I spoke to today on the phone who booked my upcoming MRI appointment.Edit added after my appointment: this place is great. You are not rushed and given all the time that you need. Truly, can’t say enough good things. I was so nervous for this MRI but it went really well. Stefania who was with me in the MRI room was just such a sweetheart. She helped keep me grounded throughout the exam and the classical music was a nice added touch ! Grazie ☺️

I went to Radimed today mid-day to have a mammography. I was extremely nervous and panicked by the procedure. The nurse that was in charge of doing the procedure was absolutely amazing. Very patient , very understanding of my fear and took the time to make sure I felt relaxed and comfortable before we started. I have rarely seen this type of kindness and understanding in the medical field. Not to say I have not come across very nice people in the medical field but this woman was exceptional. Thank you for your thoughtfulness. You helped me overcome my fear and I am so very grateful.

I got my appointment the same day by following online instructions. My requisition was not urgent but for my specific case I had to call directly instead of requesting appointment online. Administrative agents are very helpful, polite and patient. I did not wait longer than 15 minutes when I arrived.

Always on time and the staff are very nice.I have given them 3 stars because of 2 things1. I asked for a copy of MY ultrasound report which is literally 1 page and they said it was $10. I asked for an email , they said no, I asked if i could take a picture of it and they said no. Staff was very apologetic but it's ridiculous.2. They asked me several times if i could be pregnant even though i was there after a hysterectomy due to cancer... of which the 1st page that i was asked to fill out stated in full.READ THE QUESTIONNAIRE BEFORE ASKING A RECENTLY STERILIZED WOMAN IF SHE COULD BE PREGNANT.

I think her name was Isabelle, incredibly sweet receptionist. The tech was also very very sweet but I didn't catch her name. This place helps make a stressful, anxious experience, not so bad. Very impressed.

I had my first MRI on March 26th. I was very impressed with the service and the staff. I am claustrophobic so the open MRI was great. I would refer people to this clinic any time. My appointment was in one week as opposed to 5 months in a closed machine in a hospital.
