Found myself beached in RPM's lot on a Friday night with major transmission issues on my short school bus. The team was able to diagnose and help me out the next day and had me back up and running with a new transmission later in the week. Alan goes above and beyond, and takes time out of his day to ensure satisfaction. He kept me informed and updated the whole time my bus was in the shop. No bull, no hassles. All around great shop with awesome staff. I can't recommend them enough!

A friend recommended checking out RPM after I had been to both parts stores in Pincher Creek and was frustrated that neither of the parts people I was dealing with in Pincher Creek even knew what brands they could get in and were not willing to look into it at all for me. Very happy my friend mentioned RPM and that I gave them a try. They know what brands they can get and where to source them from. They were able to come up with the availability and price of the part I needed very quickly and had it ordered for me in no time at all. 110% will be back. Awesome to see people that are actually passionate about what they do and have great knowledge about their business.

These guys are so great! Stopped by in 2021 for a helmet- got a pile of information and loads of patience while I made up my mind. And, 3 dogs, so how can one go wrong? In 2022, I stopped in to ask about my chain and tires (ok was really hoping for dogs too) on the way to Victoria. I had all 3 men helping me, answering my questions, offering me information and really making me feel welcome and a part of. Thank you for that!Snap up some rok straps on your way out ;)

I was visiting the Crowsnest Pass for a retreat and had a car issue. I called overnight and RMP returned my call promptly in the morning. They knew exactly what the issue was even over the phone (and with my limited car experience to explain it). They fit me in right away. The fix happened super quickly - and the cherry on top was how SUPER affordable it was. Thanks so much!!
