I don’t know what type of misunderstanding or blatant ignorance the staff members have here, but in my two years of living and dining at this McDonald’s they are yet to give me a fully correct order. I order extra pickles? They’ll give me specifically one more as some form of mockery. I ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickles and was served a hamburger with a whole bottle of ketchup and one singular pickle. Employees are rude, lazy, incompetent and full of attitude. Never coming back.Btw the fries are limper than a 95 year old man with E.DDO BETTER!

Had the quarter pounder blt. The food was excellent. But. I had filled out a survey on the back of the receipt to get fries and drink for free after purchase of the burger. But the staff seemed confused on presenting the printed coupon. Slight delay at the drive-through, but all ended well. $7.55 for a $14.00 order made me happy. All is good.

We stopped there on our way from Quebec City to Ottawa. We were after hours around 10pm. The restaurant was closed but the drive through was open. Taking the order was a little difficult due to the use of a coupon on the McDo app that delayed things a bit. Service was slow and it took about 15mn overall from start to finish which was longer than we had hoped. Just like a number of restaurants, this one was probably also understaffed. The person who took our order was also the one who handed it out over to us so I will leave a 5 star review just because he did all that he could.

Parking lot delivery is worse than terrible. Ordered a drink but never came . Walked into the restaurant but found nobody to talk to. Have not received a refund over a month.
