Customer pick-up was quick. Had two other people ahead of me with bigger orders, did not wait longer than 10 minutes.

Drivers like to park in spaces specifically reserved for handicapped people. That's not cool.

I've been ordering from Snowcap or a long time now, and i will like to give Sandy a big shoutout. She has been super helpful and super nice to us. If you need a reliable sales person a Snowcap, Sandy is the one for you!

You have drivers out there making threats for parking related issues. Maybe you want to ask your drivers to chill out and focus on the move.

I was refueling my HandyDART bus at the Esso on15th & Marine Dr in West Vancouver this morning at around 7:40 this morning when this crazy SnowCap driver decided to use the gas station as his own personal driveway and cut through the gas station with a Mack truck and a 41 foot trailer so that it's easier for him to park on the street behind it...Instead of using the actual street.He passed the front door by merely inches. Had a kid walked out of the store and it would have been ugly.Where's your common sense?Very unsafe class 1 driver.You can do stuff like that maybe a dozen times maybe 50 times and nothing happens but eventually it will catch up.

I will give negative star if there is an option on google. Horrible and unprofessional customer service.1. Order cannot complete delivery on the next day, driver’s attitude super bad because couldn’t find a parking spot and yelled at my staff.2. Order quantities always short when delivery, but still charge what we have ordered. Tried to connect your customer service and you still cannot help your customer to solve this issue.3. Driver asking for my business discount privately, which makes me feel super awkward.4. If you short of products then let your customer know, we willing to order again next time. But still deliver something with same brand but in different flavours or colours, pretending you have delivered this product that is not acceptable.5. No response from your sales rep when we have some questions.Willing to go anywhere else instead of coming back to you again. So poor!!!!!!

So apparently snow cap tells their drivers to park outside of residential buildings, in their personal space. Rather than park an extra 10 feet away where there's a large parking area for trucks. Even if you informed them that they are parked outside of a residence, they don't care. What your looking at is one of their trucks parked 5ft from someone's front door, with their engines idling.

I just read some other reviews, I’m just surprised with the reviews about their drivers. Now it’s time to share my experience. Today May the 26, 2022, at around 5:30-6:00 pm , on highway 17, on my way to Sidney from Victoria downtown , the driver of one of your 14 wheeler truck plated 6025-6B, who was driving on highway recklessly in rain, changing lane repeatedly , pushing and tailgating other descent drivers. When he came behind me , he put his high beam on and kept pushing me though I was on the right lane ! Then he passed me over from left and showed me middle finger and went northbound taking highway 17. I hope and I’m requesting the owner of the company, if you do something about this , do it , otherwise the other drivers in the road are not safe from you guys ! Take care !

I've been loving the customer service and overall experience with SnoCap for well over a year now. I don't know why people are complaining about trucks parking and the space lmao they are trucks doing what trucks do deliveries" do you expect them to carry everything by hand to different businesses? No they don't serve home based businesses that's a no brainer I don't know why someone would leave a 1 star review on that
