I bought a set of kitchen appliance from Goemans Markham in April and confirmed everything is in stock and ready to deliver and install in June. The appliances arrived June 6 and the installer had shown up on June 7. Then the installer told me the refrigerator was missing parts thus couldn't finish installation. They left the 72 wide fridge in the center of my kitchen and left. I called my sales man Tim Wong and he direct me to the subzero concierge. Then my nightmare began. The first 2 weeks they told me they are waiting for parts and they will install for me as soon as the parts arrive

Great product selection and service. Daren was an amazing help in answering my questions, helping me select the correct washer/dryer unit for my needs, and communicating the ETA on my unit (as it was one that had to be ordered). Delivery was painless and professional.

Frank Rehani from Goemans in Markham was outstanding. He has great knowledge about products and is very easy to deal with. I bought my first appliance from him over four years ago and was happy to see he was still at Goemans. I asked specifically for him as it is a seamless transaction.

We had excellent service, starting with David Bachner in the sales. Scheduling department accommodated our request for delivery time. Delivery and installation guys arrived in time. Did a great job of installation. They made sure the washer and dryer were functioning fine before they left. Overall, a positive experience with our purchase from Goemans.

I needed a fridge in a hurry and I am happy that I went to Goemans. Daren Lee was able to give me great advice and found me a fabulous counter depth fridge - which was delivered within a week. Great service from the minute I stepped into the store right up to - and including - the delivery. It’s been a couple of days and I absolutely love my new LG so far.

We had previously purchased a GE cafe stove/oven from Goemans and when our fridge suddenly quit, we returned to the store. We previously had excellent service, so we asked for the same sales person. This was Elly G. It was the second of July, and we were in desperate need of a replacement. Our salesperson, Elly, was unable to provide what we needed in a timely fashion. Elly took it upon herself to research for a suitable, in stock refrigerator, from a nearby competitor. As a result, we were able to have the new fridge by July 3. It was very gracious of her.
