I really appreciate Dr Bedi and the staff here! They make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience!

Staff are great, dentist is kind and caring. Taking care of me and given me advice. My other dentist would make getting a needle feel like it was the size of a pen, this place gives you numbing cream and you hardly feel it. So far they have made an experience I dread not fist clenching or palm sweating as I have been in the past. Blvery grateful.

Megan and Gurjot did a good job fitting my night guard in and giving good cleaning instructions.

I have a huge phobia of dentists and dental work. I've always felt very welcomed at Eagle Creek by the front desk (Carolyn I believe) and have been very lucky with my hygienists who have all been extremely kind and patient with my anxiety. I've also seen 3 dentists here and 2/3 were fantastic and the third supposedly is no longer there.When I moved out of the city I moved to a dentist close by my new home. I regretted this after going a few times as the people at Eagle Creek really do a wonderful job with making me feel comfortable and honestly - nowhere else compares.Highly recommend.

Went in for a cleaning and the hygienist was amazing. However the dentist Dr. Bedi (who happens to own the place) should have his licence removed. I was a new patient and right away he told me that all 4 of my fillings in my mouth needed to be replaced to protect the teeth. I thought this odd as I have had many exams over the years and every time was told my teeth were beautiful with no issues.I went to a family friend in qualicum who’s been practicing for 40-50 years for a second opinion as I knew he wouldn’t be biased. He had a look and said there was absolutely no issues with my teeth and that the 4 fillings I had done in my life weren’t even for cavities but just to level out my teeth…..Stay away from this shark please. I can’t imagine how many people he’s told have issues just to get a return visit. Absolutely disgusting.

I have been taking my family to this office since it opened. They are super organized, AMAZING with kids (which means the world to us parents) and we have never had any issues with any of the work done. I recently had some procedures done with gentle IV anesthesia and I highly advise this route if you are slightly anxious about your procedure. Dr. Bedi was so patient, professional and knowledgeable. The office checks all the boxes and a massive neighbourhood win if you ask me!

Super disorganized and unprofessional dentist and clinic. Where to begin…Booked me in for a day they were closed. Staff confirmed Saturday but wrote it in their system as Monday. No confirmation email/text. I wouldn’t have scheduled a Monday because I have work. I showed up and clinic was closed and I called to ask about this and they never acknowledged responsibility for their error or apologized.Another time, a dental assistant was very rough taking my impressions and created lesions in my mouth. Said there was no other way than the old fashioned putty method but when I got home I learned they lied. There are new machines that do this now.Got my night guard replaced (previous one made through different dentist) and it was loose and ill fitting. Then broke within a day. I’d had my previous one for years. Then the dentist Dr Bedi called me a few times giving me contradictory info and advice from one call to another and having no recollection of what he’d recommended the time before because the next time he recommended the opposite. I’m never going back and would recommend anyone to stay away from this mess of a business.

Excellent dentist and dental team. Myrna (assists Dr Bedi) was great. Asks frequently about patient's comfort, ensures comfort, and highly efficient in supporting dentist as he worked. A shout out to both of them.
