this shop is one of the hidden gems amongst the pine tree plaza. i stopped by for a unique glass issue and was welcomed like an old friend. Outstanding! not only was the issue addressed promptly and immediately, he refused remuneration and kindly sent me on my way. another happy client. Gator auto glass is most likely the best glass repair shop in this area and by all means if youre heading up island and have a glass issue along the way, the shop sits in the corner of the pine tree plaza, look for the sign. thank you again kind sir, i will endeavor to not need your fast, efficient service in the future and may you all have a pleasant day. cheers.

Fantastic customer service!! Above and beyond. Needed my windshield replaced, Craig did a great job. Was completed in a very timely manner. He noticed I had some paint scratches in my car and happened to have the correct touch up paint! Wow who does that??? Would highly recommend!!

This was the second windshield I had to have replaced and this is the first one done by Craig.If I need any other work done Craig will definitely be on the top of my list.He had the insurance paper work done and a date to do the work done in a fast and precise order.The work was done the same day I took the car in. Craig showed the work and it was the best I'd seen from any other shop. I had my vehicle in for repair of a windshield crack. This is the second crack in my windshield and both times the crack was repaired well beyond my expectations. The quarter size cracks were repaired quickly and are now barely noticeable and only when looking very closely. I highly recommend Gator Glass as the owner is a real skilled technician and very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a great job.
