Both myself personally and the company I work for have been dealing with Deetag for a little over 17 years. The front counter staff are always warm and friendly but more importantly extremely knowledgable about the products we need. On a couple of occasions when they didn’t have the part we needed, they ordered the part from another location and we had it the next day. They have never let us down.

I just needed a simple pneumatic adapter that typically could be found on Amazon, but couldn’t find any singles so I went to Deetag. Great service, and knowledgeable staff. Plus always good to support local.

Shout out to Cam for top notch service! Cam helped me understand the Hydraulics on my car carrier truck/trailer for the repair we needed. He went above and beyond to help us solve our issue and even offered future advice. Definitely plan on coming back for future business and expertise.

Amazing service and knowledge. I was sourcing a few metric and non standard hydraulic/fuel lines for a vehicle rebuild project and they figured out a solution. After a little finger tapping and head scratching the young lady at the counter quickly showed me a few options available and fab up everything up as I waited. Great pricing and friendly staff. Thanks again for taking the time in small one off hose/fitting request.

I normally have good experience in there. The staff is amazing. Even when I was waiting, I was chatting with a few guys while clearly love what they do, (which I even said to one younger guy during this experience).... but this one older, short guy I dealt with today, bothered me enough to post:I phone ahead to get my order in. Apparently I said the 3 position 2 way valve, 1/8”NPT, 12vdc (which is wrong, it’s 2 position 3 way which is genuinely what I thought I said) We agree he’s able to help me, and I’ll come in to pick it up ASAP. There was no hint that I’d said anything wrong.When I get there ... he starts telling me I got my words backwards and that what I asked for doesn’t even exist (which I know, I’m a millwright... I’ve personally ordered this part from deetag several times). He gets so worked up about it, that he starts shaking as he’s talking to me. I’m left to say “I really thought we were on the same page.” And forced to apologize so I can get this transaction moving forward. Then he tries to charge me $200 for a pneumatic valve that was much too overkill for what I needed. I walked out amazed by what just happened.Anyway I found the part from a competitor for $70. So I’m good. And it doesn’t stop me from going to Deetag as an industrial supplier. But I don’t think I’ll do counter parts again.

Great customer service, very pleased with the quality of workmanship that was done with my air compressor components. Cam green, one of the guys at the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the good work.
