Absolutely THE WORST customer service EVER. I have never had a good experience going into their shop to purchase plumbing materials or inquire about service calls - not once. Office staff make you feel like you are inconveniencing them and are downright cold and rude. They consistently price gouge on basic plumbing supplies that usually cost half as much at the local hardware store. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Do yourself a favor. Just order from somewhere else . For sure it isn't in stock . Deffinety make you feel guilty for trying. I would give e less stars if possible

We bought a toilet off Battersby and the service was terrible.The staff were very rude and made us feel like an inconvenience to them both when we went in to order and picked it up, we were told they would call when it arrived, which they didn’t. It also toke three times longer to arrive than what they originally said.I wanted to support local, however, I will not be going back there again.
