I have been getting take out salad bowls for a couple of years now from Seed N Salt. They make hearty bowls that are filled with quality ingredients. This time (and usually), we will get the ginger sesame bowl with BBQ pulled pork and avocado as an extra and the samurai bowl with roasted chicken and mango as an extra.The proportions, once the salad is mixed, of meat to veggie to carb is well balanced. Overall, the sauces are not too heavy and the salad as a whole is not too salty. The portion size is large and densely packed so you will definitely be full.You will end up paying about $20 for a bowl (unless you do not add any protein or other add ons which is not as fun) so it is a bit on the pricier side.

Favourite place for healthy vegan fresh eats. I’ve been here many times for bowls. I recently ordered delivery and tried there PBJ smoothie. Amazing!!! I have to say there packaging was so cleaver and well done plus recyclable and biodegradable.

Great location, place is nice and bright. Lots of seating, but busy. Well organized and efficient service. I like their system, you order your food, find a table ( if there is any), they call you when your food is ready and you pay. You order your drinks separately and get your own cutlery. We all liked the food as it's healthy and local. They have many choices. Pleasant staff.I would go again but when it's less busy.

The concept is great but somehow the food is not.. I was choosing between this and Freshii and I think next time I’ll choose Freshii.. staff is really lovely though

It was amazing. Healthy and wholesome food for an incredibly fair price. We drove all the way from Legacy (40 minute drive) and it was so worth it! Do not let the line up deter you if you are walking by. We barely waited 5 minutes in line.

Great place to get some healthy and full of flavor meals.Still comfortable to sit outside on the small patio.Very big portions.Parking could be challenging.Definitely gonna visit it again!

Today was the first time I tried to one of their Smoothie bowls. Pretty sure it was called the dragon bowl. And it was so effing good. I can't wait to try this thing again.
