Sam sold me my very first iPhone. I needed a new phone and when I saw Sam was working I decided I had to get his help again. Sam took lots of time explaining everything to me so I understood it all. He was very patient with me. Sam worked with Rogers to get me a great plan and phone that was right for me. I’d definitely recommend Sam to other people needing a phone.

The customer service at this location was amazing! The sales associate John went above and beyond to help me upgrade my broken phone at no extra costs. He even scored me a better plan for less than what I paid before. He was very polite and eager to get me the best deals. I use to always go to Fido for all my upgrades but I can definitely say I will only be going back to see John now. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I love my new phone, plan and all the awesome goodies I received.

My husband and I came in to see if we could get new phones. We were looked after by Payton, one of your reps. She showed herself to be patient, professional and highly knowledgeable. She provided us with the best deal that was offered at this time with Virgin Mobile. She was so competent that we made the suggestion that she should consider a managerial position. My son who works for Cisco was equally impressed by both, knowledge and skills. We want to thank her for all she has done for us and we will not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.

I have been coming here for about 5 years to renew my phone plan, and I will probably never go anywhere else! These guys go out of their way to find the best deals, frequently beating what service providers were directly offering - and then some! The process is not overwhelming since make it a point to explain things in a simple and direct way. Overall, always a pleasant experience!

I had an amazing service experience here. Rafi and Owen were especially helpful with finding the best deal and making all necessary accommodations.I was able to get 2 pairs of wireless headphones apart from my plan and phone for extremely cheap.Highly recommend this to anyone!
