This is the only company we will use! Forest City Window & Door recently replaced each window (more than 20 in total) in my home. My interaction with the company, from initial estimator to office staff was excellent. The installers, Dave and Chad, did an excellent job, were courteous and friendly and cleaned up thoroughly after completion. I could not be more satisfied and would certainly recommend Forest City Window & Door without reservation.

10/10 would recommend forest city window and door! The entire team did amazing work! From Ralph quoting the job and being great to walk through our options and fair pricing, to Katarina great communication helping get it scheduled and to Ryan and Bailey who were great workers, did a fantastic job, friendly, polite and even put up with our dogs!Can’t say enough great things and how happy we are about the finished work.

We had Forest City Windows and Doors update our cottage, over 40 windows and 7 doors. The job was done in less than 2 weeks and it was just perfect. Considering the installers had to deal with bitter cold weather and icicles dripping on their heads, they never stopped working. The site was left clean and tidy and the windows look fantastic. I would highly recommend Forest City to anyone looking for a professional job.

They came out to replace four of our windows and they were fast! Super friendly and really made sure we understood what they had changed. They even found an issue with our one wall and instead of covering it back up he explained what we needed to do to fix it! Great price point when other companies were trying to push us into a deal costing twice as much. Amazing service and I would definitely have them back out!

We had our windows installed a couple of weeks back and boy oh boy are we happy! Your crew was so professional, and did such good quality and FAST work (7 windows and a large patio door in about 7 hours). Colin was awesome and I can't say enough great things about him and the team who clearly loved their work, and were really conscientious about cleaning up. And of course...the North Star windows are fantastic as well. Our house is now quieter, cozier and even the Cat likes the new crystal clear views!

I have just had two older windows replaced and was really impressed by the friendly and courteous service I received from the office staff as well as the installer. He arrived on time, took care with the installation, left no mess and took time to demonstrate how to operate my new windows. I am also happy to report that my new windows are a lot more soundproof and I wish I had replaced them sooner. I would definitely recommend hiring Forest City Windows for future renovations.

Had to have a new window insert installed in my front door and Forest City Window & Door Ltd were awesome! Ordering was smooth, date of replacement advised, men arrived on time, worked very quickly but carefully, placed appropriate sheets to collect debris and cleaned up after they finished the install. GREAT WORK! Thank you.
